The Dunes Arts Foundation (DAF) was duly chartered as an Indiana non-profit corporation in late autumn of 1951. We hold with the tradition and intentions of the founders, continues to provide a venue for the performing arts. Along with classes offered to children, youth and adults at the Dunes Summer Theatre, the foundation strives to entertain, enlighten and bring joy to all who enter. We continue in our tradition with our new director of education placed in 2006, Peyton Daley. She is a professional union actress (SAG), a mother of two young children, and a teacher of improvisation to all ages. She teaches all ages from preschool to seniors in the art of acting and improvisation. She has been on faculty of The Second City in Chicago since 2002 and was the assistant director of Michael Gellman during the workshop that produced the new book "Process" that is published by NorthWest University.
