Equestrian Camp - Ojai Valley School

Ojai Valley School is located in Ojai, California, a resort town surrounded by oak trees, citrus groves, and rugged mountains. Our two beautiful campuses are located near the Los Padres National Forest and offer an ideal setting for learning and adventure.

In 2012, our programs will be offered in sessions of two, four, and six weeks for day and resident campers. Most programs will be centered at the Lower Campus with students enjoying excursions to the Upper Campus for camping, ropes course challenges and science projects.

Day students ages 3-7 participate in the Junior Camp program. Day and resident students ages 8-16 participate in academic classes – we all as specialty programs, such as equestrian camp, STEM, performing arts, and CIT – in the morning and join other campers for activities in the afternoon.

Outdoor education is an integral part of the curriculum at Ojai Valley School and is incorporated into our summer programs. Campers take at least one overnight camping trip during their stay. Destinations typically include regional beaches, mountains, or lakes.
