Fashion Design Institute at Pali Overnight Adventures!

A summer paradise nestled in the San Bernardino Mountains in Southern California, Pali Overnight adventures offers a once-in-a-lifetime camp experience!

Ed Hardy has nothing on our future fashion designers! From handbags to dresses to jewelry and accessories, experience the life of a fashionista. At the Fashion Design Institute, you will become a trendsetter and design your very own clothing lines from scratch.

Week 1:

With guidance from Pali's top design instructors, you will learn all you need to turn creative ideas into one-of-a-kind catwalk creations. Start out with sketches and illustrations, and then bring your vision to life after learning stitches, sewing techniques, material characteristics, and the characteristics of the human body that determine the way clothing fits and flows. Whether you decide to create designer pants, shorts, handbags, shirts, or dresses, you will have the stage to show off your work at the Friday fashion show!

Week 2:

If you have an eye for fashion, it is worth your while to stick around for week two. Bigger, more extravagant and detailed projects await those with a dedication to fashion. During this more advanced week at the Fashion Institute, you'll get more one-on-one time with our experienced designers and will get to use more intricate patterns and learn more advanced design techniques. You'll add fabulous pieces to your growing fashion line and be able to show off your extraordinary accomplishments in the Pali Fashion Showcase, where the audience, your parents and professional clothing designers will cheer as camper models strut the cat walk highlighting your unique design creations.
