Age appropriate, dynamic activities that are centered on kinetic awareness will trigger the imagination and at the same time enhance your child's physical and mental fitness. We will be using the diverse outdoor environment so have your Fit Kid dress appropriately. We love to let kids be kids; grass stains and muddy sneakers are more than a possibility at pick-up time! Our dynamic warm-up will include slow to moderate running, skipping and jumping. Your Fit Kid will be exposed to the love of nature, while actively using their bodies.

While having fun playing with a frisbee, catching a ball, playing kick the can or a simple game of tag, your Fit Kid will experience an exhilarating full body workout. They will feel the accomplishment of cooperating in a group setting while at the same time making new friends. Your Fit Kid will be having fun while expending energy and by the end of the hour you are sure to pick them up with a smile on their face. Here's to the kid in all of us!
