Forensic Science Camp
Summer Address:

Forensic Science Camp: CSI Peterborough is a unique camp focusing on DNA technology, forensic science and their related social issues. You will learn from practicing experts in areas such as Forensic Entomology, Anthropolgy, Blood Spatter/Pattern Analysis, to name a few. At Trent University' state-of-the-science "Crime Scene Farm" and DNA laboratories, you will find out how DNA technology is used to solve crimes, and get hands-on experience with other techniques used in law enforcement such as fingerprinting, assessment of skeletal remains, etc. You will also be at the center of a crime scene investigation that will culminate in a mock trial, where you will present the evidence you have collected and analyzed throughout the week.

Residential Camp $750: includes on-campus accommodation, food (3 meals/day), 24-hour supervision, activities and entertainment.
Day Camp $250: for local residents, does not include food (campers bring their own lunch), Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Session 1: July 5th to July 10th
Session 2: August 16th to August 21st
