Our daughter attended Forman during the academic year and signed up for the summer program as well. The summer program did an excellent job of balancing academics and life skills with the fun activities that kids like to have in the summer. Forman has created an excellent summer program that matches the high standards they have for their regular academic year program.

I was searching for a dyslexia summer camp for my daughter who was already in a private day school for LD kids. I knew she would need year round schooling and after researching five camps I selected Forman. After one week of being at the camp my daughter’s attitude significantly improved and after four weeks of camp she told me that she learned more that summer than she did the entire school year prior. I attended the post-camp ceremony and Betsy shared a beautiful short bio of every student’s journey from memory. The room was awed and the parents hearts were warmed. I spoke with each teacher about the progress my daughter made over the summer and they intimately understood her as if they had been teaching her the entire year. I received weekly detailed progress reports as well. The impact that Forman’s summer program has on my daughter was so significant that we enrolled that year and she is currently in her second year succeeding. We had no ideation of changing schools prior to summer camp. Whether you’re searching for a summer camp that will boost your child’s confidence, skills, and assist him/her in gaining a deeper understanding of their learning or your considering a new school, Forman summer camp is the place to start. You won’t find a program with faculty that care as much or a design that is geared towards complete integration of critical skills for LD learners. Thank you Betsy and Forman for changing our lives.
