DescriptionBack to top

Frost Valley serves families and groups looking for time away together in a pure mountain setting. "Camp" here means cozy bunks and lodges ranging from yurts and cabins to an historic stone castle and Colonial-style Inn. From its beginning as a rustic lakeside boys' camp on Lake Wawayanda, New Jersey to the largest YMCA camping site in the nation today, Frost Valley has a rich history of bringing children and families together for extraordinary experiences. Look through our options and see why so many say, "I never knew life could be like this.

Family Camp week is Frost Valley tradition – one week in August filled with everything a family needs to get away from the busy workday routine, unplug from the noise and reconnect with each other – one all-inclusive tuition fee covers all meals, lodging and family-friendly programming from Sunday morning through midday Friday.

With lots of activities to keep you as busy as you like all week, there is truly something for everyone. Best of all, everything is included; except of course you’ll want to bring some spare change to buy s’mores supplies and a Frost Valley hoodie to wear back home...
