The Fundamentals of Football Camp is designed to give full attention to each camper. The camp assures that the fundamentals of football are introduced and developed. Campers receive the individual instruction necessary to become a better player. The campers will learn proper running mechanics, offensive/defensive position specific instruction, elements of kicking, punting and catching kicks. The camp staff consists of current Capital University players and the Capital Football staff. Each camper will have the opportunity to grow as an athlete and as a person. The Fundamentals of Football Camp will be known for the commitment to developing each camper and the appreciation for the life skills learned in football.

9:00 am = Arrive in Stadium

9:15 am – 9:30 am = Warmup

9:30 am – 10:30 am = Defense

10:30 am – 11:30 am = Compete

11:30 am – 12:45 pm = Lunch/Activity

1:00 pm – 2:00 pm = Offense

2:00 pm – 3:00 pm = Compete

3:00 pm = Secure
