Geneva College Hurdle Camp
Summer Address:

WHAT IS A HURDLE CAMP? Hurdling is a combination of Speed, Rhythm and Skill. In many cases Hurdle rhythm and skill are the deciding factors whether an athlete finishes the race or not. By practicing rhythm and skill sequences the hurdler can improve his/her time. In addition to practicing the skills of rhythm and technique we will show you how to improve your starting and running techniques, acceleration, maximum velocity and recovery techniques. You will learn to become faster and you will begin to develop hurdling specific fitness.
