DescriptionBack to top

The Girl Scouts of Hawaii, originally sponsored by Hawaii's Queen Liliuokalani in 1917, has enabled thousands of girls to discover the fun, friendship and power of girls together. Today, Girl Scouting in Hawaii serves about 6,000 members on all major islands through a system of over 500 troops and three resident campsites. "Gaining Skills, Growing Strong", the Girl Scout Council of Hawaii initiative, empowers girls to develop confidence and reach their full potential as leaders and contributors in their communities.
