For 60+ years, Hidden Valley has featured the finest in visual and performing arts, challenging outdoor adventures, horse-riding and much more on 330 acres with a private lake and heated pool near the Maine coast. Develop new skills in 12 art studios, 4 dance and theater spaces, our new ropes course, state-of-the-art stables and spacious playing fields which form the setting for high-quality elective offerings. Professional staff provide challenging individualized teaching and counseling designed to foster independence, community and creativity in all dimensions of children’s summer experience.
Campers come from all over the US and 5 continents. Great food, many choices, support for allergies. Directors have lived on site for over 20 years. A parent writes: “It is a truly extraordinary camp, fun, interesting, inclusive, and with the kind of values that indirectly teach kids how to be better human beings. Each year my kids go there, I see so many positive changes when they return home… The camp directors are confident of their product as they should be.”
