Horses From The Ground Up
Summer Address:

Safety is paramount to us. We specialize in teaching campers "horses from the ground up" starting with the physical and mental make up of the equine animal for a better understanding of why they do what they do and how to get them to do what you want. We teach campers hands on basic ground control for a safe relationship in the saddle.
Each day of camp we also give private riding lessons on experienced, safe school horses both in the Western and Hunter/Jumper fields as well as group riding with riders of the same experience level.
In keeping with the Horses From The Ground Up philosophy we also have lessons in grooming, tacking, feeding, first aid and we offer horse-related arts and crafts projects and games.
