June 26-30: Champions of the Land

Mt. Pleasant gardens are amazing during the summer. Get your hands dirty in the childrens garden and claim a little piece of Mt. Pleasant as your own.
July 10-14 : Stream Play
Do you know where your water goes? Get your feet wet, catch some crayfish and learn where all of our water goes to the Chesapeake!
July 17-21: Whats Bugging You?
Explore the world of pollinators, insects, spiders and other creepy crawlies that live on the farm. Dip your net in the stream, sweep the grasses or take apart a log to see what lives inside.
July 24 28: Deer and Foxes Oh My!
Animals great and small call Mt. Pleasant their home because we have the perfect blend of habitats. Come and find out what lives in our backyard.
July 31 August 4: Junior Naturalist
Become a Conservancy Junior Naturalist by completing fun nature activities and earning a badge.
August 7 11: Journey to the Bay
Save the Chesapeake by learning what you can do! Plant some trees, participate in a stream cleanup on the property and learn about other ways you can help the Watershed.
August 14 18: Summer Fun
Summer fun, here we come! Learn how the plants and animals adapt to the summer stresses of heat, drought and long summer days.
