Girl's Academy - AGES 12 - 18

ISU’s Girl’s Academy is a unique camp that is designed to enhance player performance within the four main components of soccer: technical, tactical, psychological, and, physiological (including strength and conditioning, and nutrition). To be a great player, you must develop all aspects of your game and ISU Soccer Camp will equip you with the skills necessary to develop every aspect of your game. Through our experienced staff, we will teach you the importance of nutrition as an athlete, how to set goals and deal with the stress of athletics, and introduce functional strength training methods to help reduce the risk of injury and maximize your potential as an athlete. With so many camps to choose from, it is our goal to offer a camp designed with the total player in mind.
