DescriptionBack to top
I.P.Y.N.C is a summer camp for young people ages six to fifteen years of age who cannot go to the beach without looking under seaweed and seeing what creatures are hiding there. Camps are held during the week day, five days a week for four weeks in July and August. Camps are designed to stimulate childrens natural curiosity about the world and help them better understand and appreciate St. Margarets Bays natural areas in a fun and relaxing environment. Children explore the bays shores, make crafts and play games related to the days topic of study. Camps include a field trip and help from local universities, such as the St. Marys Centre for Environmental Monitoring and guest lectures by shark experts.
