Children ages 3-12 (both local and international) will participate in bilingual day camp activities in the morning with an emphasis on local ecology and culture. In the afternoon, language classes will be offerred (Spanish or English). Adults are welcome to take intensive Spanish classes in the mornings and either take the afternoon off to explore or stay on our 106-acre campus to join in Land Stewardship projects or participate in cultural activities such as art, cooking, or dancing. Weekly field trips and visits from local experts and artists will provide a unique and unforgettable experience for all.

Programs run from June 20--July 29th, 2011. Families may register for a minimum of 1 week or a maximum of 6 weeks. Programming runs from Monday through Friday, from 8am--2pm. Information packets and applications are available on our website, and discount pricing is available to former CFS teachers, volunteers, families, and board members. Programming is available for children ages 3-12 (day camp), adolescents ages 13-17 (Counselors-In-Training) and adults over 18 (Spanish program or Campus Volunteering).
