Make life better for children at risk, help restore a country house surrounded by vineyards, peer into the crater of the highest active volcano in Europe, learn Italian cooking, taste local wine and olive oil, refresh yourself in cold spring water, eat delicious Sicilian specialties like cannoli and arancini, swim in the Mediterranean, visit the breathtaking Piazza del Duomo of Syracusa.• What you learn :
