We are dedicated to helping baseball and softball players of all ages and abilities get to the next level through first-rate instruction and positive reinforcement. Joe Espinosa’s Baseball Plus is a family owned indoor Baseball and Softball training facility located on Route 7 in Ridgefield, CT. Joe Espinosa has run baseball camps for the past twenty-five years in New York City, Nyack, NY, Oneonta, NY, Elmsford, NY, and Miami, Florida. He has run his summer baseball camp in Ridgefield for the past seven years. Baseball Plus opened its doors in September, 2002. Joe is a member of the American Baseball Coaches Association. Baseball Plus adheres to the ABCA’s policy of placing it’s highest priority on teaching and modeling the moral and ethical values of HONESTY, INTEGRITY, RESPECT, DISCIPLINE, PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY, FAIRNESS, AND LOYALTY. Baseball Plus strives to provide excellent baseball and softball training in a safe and friendly environment. The facility has four batting cages. Each cage is equipped with a Master Pitch batting machine. The machines are capable of throwing 30 to 80 mph. Two cages are also equipped for slow pitch softball hitting. In addition, Baseball Plus has the Home Plate pitching machine, which throws fastballs, right and left handed curves and sliders, at speeds ranging from 50 to 90 mph. The Home Plate machine takes batting practice to another level, pitch recognition, and is an invaluable tool for the aspiring baseball player. Baseball Plus also has practice areas which are used for private lessons and clinics and can also be rented for individual and team practice use. Baseball Plus is open for drop in hitting, rentals by appointment, clinics and lessons, birthday parties, hitting leagues, and team rentals. Baseball Plus offers programs for players from kindergarten to adult. We hope you will join us for a great baseball and softball experience.
