If you are interested in MMA, you can join in on our strict training regimen. If you would like to begin learning a traditional martial art with a focus on character, hard work, and self defense, Karate is for you. We are also interested in teaching women's self defense during the camp. We believe in the value of hard work – we will be drilling a lot of cardio, flexibility, muscle toning, and strength training. Our regularly scheduled karate classes and integrated sessions will still be held throughout the duration of the camp. As such, current students may continue their normal sessions at no extra charge during June. The camp is intended for current and prospective students looking to drill as many aspects of martial arts as they are interested in, at reasonable prices.

Sessions will be held Monday through Friday, from May 30th to July 1st 2011. The sessions will include: Strength, Fitness, Boxing, Karate & muay Thai, Self Defense, MMA, and Integrated Martial Arts. The specific daily schedules will be different from day to day.
