Kamp Kohut is a private, residential summer camp for boys and girls, ages 7 to 16. Through a traditional “general activities” camping experience, our goal is to provide the structure and quality supervision young people need to thrive socially, developmentally and physically. A balanced focus on land and water sports, arts programs, media curriculums, and day and overnight trips emphasizes teamwork and character development while celebrating the uniqueness of each individual. We are located on the beautiful and expansive Thompson Lake in Oxford, Maine. Kohut is approximately 45 minutes from the coast, an hour from the White Mountains, and about 3 hours north of Boston, Massachusetts.
