Kane Athletics Pole Vault Long Jump High Jump Summer Camps were created to give athletes the oppurtunity to try a new sport and for those athletes already hooked on these events to further develop.  Camp Director Peter Kane is a highly knowledgable veteran of the Pole Vualt and the Long Jump and has a highly qualifed staff to instruct the High Jump.  Coach Kane is the Head Boys Track & Field Coach at Cranford High School.  The camp is intended to be very fun, high energy, safe and effective summer training and learning experience.  Check out www.kaneathletics.com for camp updates and more information.

Speed Training

Camp is run in week intervals in July.  The days are Monday-Friday from 9am-1pm.  We stop for lunch (which the campers must bring) @ 11:30am-12pm.  Cost is $120/ camper  - Team discounts (3+) are also available
