Tae Kwon Do is a beautiful Korean Martial Art that emphasizes kicking techniques as well as a practical means of self defense. No physical contact is allowed and Martial Arts Classes will help you get trim, firm up and feel great! Learn anger control management, increase self-confidence, improve discipline and reinvent yourself with a new look and attitude. Tae Kwon Do teaches nonviolent conflict resolution and encourages its participants to develop Life Skills such as courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control andindomitable spirit.
