Experience Italy June 28th to July 2ndCiao! Welcome to Italia. We’ll be making breads, cheeses, pizza, pasta, and many more recipes that make your mouth water and your taste buds sing (in Italian, of course!). That’s amore!

Chocolate Adventure July 5th to 9th C-H-O-C-O-L-A-T-E, need we say more?! We will bake, stir, drizzle, and dip our way to chocolaty treats and surprises. You’ll even have a chance to create your own candy bar! So much chocolate, so little time!

Baking at Its Best July 26th to 29* (This camp is only Mon-Thur) Cakes, cookies, and pies…..Oh my! A ‘cup of this’ and a ‘pinch of that’ is stirred-up to create baked goodies including the latest sweet sensations. Mmmmmm, delicious!

Top Secret Recipes August 9th to 13th Make some of your ‘dining-out’ favorites, in your ‘dining-in’ kitchen! Come explore restaurant favorites from Macaroni Grill®, Cheesecake Factory®, A&W Root Beer®, and much more! Toss out the menu and get out the recipes!

Coast to Coast Cooking August 16th to 20th Road trip!! We’re cooking across the USA with stops in New York City, Chicago, San Francisco, and New Orleans. Try your hand at making Chicago’s famous Atomic Cake, San Francisco’s Fortune Cookies, New Orleans’ Muffulettas, and many more favorite flavors from these famous cities. I think there’s room in the car for one more!

We’ll ‘ace’ some ‘throwdown’ recipes that are ‘yum-o’ and ‘off the hook’ at this camp. ‘Bam’! Duff Goldman, Bobby Flay, Rachael Ray, Guy Fieri, and Emeril Lagasse are our celebrity chefs this summer!
