Located in the Green Mountains of Vermont, less than 45 minutes from Burlington International Airport, The Kid's Culinary Academy of Vermont offers an extensive week of training for kids who are interested in learning and expanding their Culinary Knowledge.
In 2009 we offer not only full culinary training in our complete commercial kitchen, but also training in aquaponics (integrated growing of tilapia fish and culinary micro-greens) in our greenhouse, organic square foot gardening, shitake mushroom growing and harvesting, olive oil herbing, organic food nutrition and mineral supplementation from culinary sea salts and much, much more. Our culinary training includes:

Sessions begin in June through August. Campers will also have the opportunity to visit area attractions in Vermont. All uniforms & equipment included in tuition.
