KOTA Summer Stage is a professional theater workshop for performers ages 5-15 years old. The program runs from June 27-July 9, 2011 and is open to both beginners and advanced performers. Throughout the 10-day workshop, participants will learn acting techniques through games and rehearsals, leading up to a mainstage production of THE SOUND OF MUSIC. The production will include professional sets and costumes, as well as a program that includes each cast members headshot/bio.
Production rehearsals and performances will take place at The Wilson School in Mountain Lakes, NJ. The Sound of Music will be directed by KOTA's founder Laura Luc. The Staff includes an enthusiastic and dedicated group of young adults, with experience on Broadway and in the entertainment business.
