Camp Lindenmere, a private, coed, residential camp located in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania, has been on the cutting edge of camping since 1935. A comfortable 90 miles from New York City and Philadelphia, Lindenmere is nestled on 175 acres consisting of beautiful woodlands, playing fields, numerous indoor buildings and miles of trails used for hiking, riding and biking.  Our modern bunks each have electricity and individual bathrooms and showers and the spacious Dining Room provides each camper a wide selection of food choices.

Lindenmere Program

Our unique program offers campers structured, individualized choice. By recognizing the specific needs and interests of each camper, Lindenmere has developed a special sense of community filled with high self-esteem and long lasting friendships.  With the help of our mature staff, campers are able to select their entire schedule and focus on activities they want to take part in.   Add in weekly trips off camp, special events, outside performers/shows and exciting evening activities and it is easy to see why our campers never want to leave!

Facilities

The Sports Complex consists of immaculate fields and new courts, while our Art Center is home to over 15 different art specialties!  Lindenmere’s Outdoor Adventure program is highlighted by a cutting edge design of 20 low and high ropes elements complimented by a Climbing Tower and Zip Line.  Other popular facilities/programs include Theatre, Rock Shop, Circus, Flying Trapeze, Canoeing, Kayaking, Horseback Riding, Skateboarding, Cooking, Dance, Gymnastics, Fitness Center, Archery and multiple Go-Karts tracks.
