Each of our 10 themed sessions run Monday through Thursday, from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm.  Each session is based on a theme for the week.  For example, enjoy Asian Fusion, All About Baking, Italian, Mediterranean, Classic All-American thems, and many more. The camp is 100% intereactive and hands on.  A recipe journal is given to each student to follow for the week.  The executive chef, along with kitchen assistants are available at all times for instruction and personal attention for the students. Students enjoy the foods they have cooked while at camp and are also invited to take home leftovers for families to enjoy as well.

The first session starts Monday, June 25th and the last session ends on Thursday, August 30th.  Each session is Monday - Thursday, from 10:00 - 2:00 pm.  Parents are invited in on the last day of each session to sample the food that their children have prepared.
