Here at MMR we are passionate about building girls of COURAGE CONFIDENCE and CHARACTER, which are great life skills to have in your back pocket.  And it is easy to be self-confident and independent in a positive environment, but what about when you go back to school?  My AMAZING staff and I want our campers to learn how to "take home" those skills to their life back at home.  To accomplish this, we feel we need to get to know our campers better so we have a lower camper to staff ratio than many camps.  We tried a new structure last year with great success.  We will continue to offer 10 programs a week with ONLY 10 spots per program.  This is still the same amount of spots available per week as previous years.  Each program will have 2 Counselors assigned to them and 2 programs of similar ages will be placed in each unit.  Additionally, there will be a Unit Leader in each unit to assist in program and coverage.  This simple change has helped enhance our girls experience by making their connections with their peers and staff more significant.   

It also means that early registration for specific programs in specific weeks is highly recommended!
