As the largest and most comprehensive center of its kind in the nation, Minnesota Center for Book Arts celebrates the book as a vibrant contemporary art form that takes many shapes. From the traditional crafts of papermaking, letterpress printing and bookbinding to non-traditional artmaking and self-publishing techniques, MCBA supports the limitless creative evolution of book arts. MCBA is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing exciting, creative education opportunities for youth and teens pre-K through college, families with members at all ages, adults and artists at all skill levels.

Workshops are offered year-round; visit www.mnbookarts.org to view current workshop offerings. Camps are available for pre-K youth through teens throughout the summer and also over Spring Break. Camps are offered with either a book arts focus or in partnership with other arts and cultural organizations incorporating bookmaking, letterpress printing, printmaking and papermaking with disciplines such as creative writing, filmmaking, sculpture, theatre and dance.
