Know any kids that want to be rock--n-roll puppetry yogis? Send 'em to Monkey Mind Pirates Camp, July 19-23, 9am-noon at Camden Music School in North Minneapolis! Award-winning puppeteers and musicians of NE studio-dwellers Z Puppets Rosenschnoz will work with kids ages 8-11 to create puppets, write songs and perform epic tales of overcoming distress. The camp culminates with 3 public performances of Monkey Mind Pirates July 23 & 24 at the Warren An Artist Habitat (4400 Osseo Road, Minneapolis, MN 55412). The week-long camp will combine playfulness with mindfulness through puppetry, songwriting and yoga practice. Join the quest to navigate the stormy seas of stress, anxiety and distraction!
