Moon Base One Summer Camp
Summer Address:

The OFFICIAL space camp of the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum, Moon Base One is a week-long outer space adventure that teaches children about science and engineering. Children who have completed grades 3-6 spend the week learning the dynamics of creating a permanent outpost off our home planet. Kids work in teams to conduct science projects including building model rockets, navigating the lunar landscape with a rover robot and designing lunar colonies.
The Moon Base One camp runs from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 4pm. At $150/week and held with a maximum of 40 campers, this low-cost camp gives counselors and volunteers the opportunity to work in small groups with campers. Your child will have an exciting, educational and memorable summer at Moon Base One!
