The focus of the NEXT STEP: College Success & Independent Living program is to afford students a chance to hone executive functioning, problem solving, and self-advocacy skills that are necessary for living with other students on a college campus.
The summer portion of the NEXT STEP: College Success & Independent Living will take place at Boston College from July 26 through July 31, 2015. The summer program allows for students to experience living in a college dormitory with peers, navigating both new social and environmental challenges, including exposures to dining facilities, administrative procedures, and campus amenities.
