DescriptionBack to top

The NY Chinese Cultural Center's School of the Arts Program is the country's only full time professional school for Chinese dance.  Large mirror-paneled studios house classes in Chinese folk and ancient classical dance, Peking Opera, and acrobatics.  Chinese painting, calligraphy, paper cutting, paper folding. and language round out the curriculum.  Children will come to  know Chinese traditional arts through these programs, and gain a deeper appreciation and love of Chinese culture.

Our teachers have trained in the best professional academies in China and the United States.  Their teaching, perfected through many years of experience, emphasizes quality, commitment, and discipline in an engaging comfortable, and interactive environment.
