”No other place has made me want to go out and change the world and given me the skills to do it, as NTLP! NTLP is the greatest thing that has ever happened to me!”
What if a three-day weekend could become a turning point for a teenager; a life-affirming experience that changed the way they thought about themselves and, more importantly, those around them? What if, in just one weekend, they could acquire leadership skills that they’d use the rest of their life?
For 20 years, the National Teen Leadership Program has changed the lives of thousands of teens; motivating and inspiring them to visualize themselves as leaders. Founded on the belief that our teenagers have limitless dreams, incredible drive, and unbounded potential, NTLP’s mission is to cultivate and empower students to believe in themselves, give back to others and aspire to a life of positive leadership.
NTLP’s three-day, intensive leadership camps are held on college campuses and include professional motivational speakers, leadership exercises, small group sessions, interactive workshops, interviews with business professionals and a recognition ceremony; all coordinated by NTLP alumni who volunteer and pay their own way for the privilege of motivating the next generation of future leaders.
All NTLP weekends close with a Recognition Ceremony to honor the amazing work being done by today's teens. Parents and friends are also invited to attend! And this year, in honor of our 20-year anniversary, NTLP will be awarding $9000 in inspiration awards to our nation's top achievers!
“I had no idea that I would have as much fun as I did or be so inspired. This is one of the best experiences I have ever had and will always remember." 2010 Participant
We hope to see you this summer at NTLP!
