Located in Park City, Utah, home of the 2002 Winter Olympics, our Adventure Spa camp is for teenage girls ages 13-17. We blend spa retreat with mountain excursions. Girls will experience rappelling, biking, hiking, the Utah Olympic Park and be pampered every afternoon with a massage, facial or other spa treatment. We round out the week with sessions on make-up, cooking, Salsa dancing, , girl talk and do some sight seeing on Park City's famous Main Street as well.

While most camps focus on pure adventure, we offer more of a retreat than a high-energy camp. Along with a spa treatment every day, we focus on yoga, journaling and other stress-release skills. Leave your sleeping bag at home, accomodations are high-end suites at the Miner's Club, located at the Canyons Ski Resort in Park City.

Our goal is to provide the perfect blend of spa retreat, yoga and adventure so each girl discovers a heightened awareness of their own mind, body and soul, as well as breathing in some clean mountain air.
