We live in a world of global connections - children are exposed to other cultures through world events, travel, food, other children and more. Children will join Ms. Annie and Ms. Karen of Great Beginnings Montessori School to take a trip around the world without ever leaving Fairfield. We’ll explore and celebrate different cultures through art, crafts, music, literature, and games! Camps are for ages 4-6 and are held at the Fairfield Museum.
In each week long session, your child will be immersed in a different culture every day! We’ll learn about the geography, customs, great artists and art techniques native to that country. Children will create their own art projects and “passport” showing the countries we visited, the artists and authors we explored, the local children’s games we played and the interesting facts we learned. Each session will be different. Come join us!
