Rivendell Stables Horseback Riding Day Camp
Summer Address:
Rivendell Stables summer riding camp is for beginner riders with little or no horse experience. Kids aged 7—15 will learn to ride and care for a stables horse in a fun, casual environment. There are three camps offered for the summer, held over four afternoons. Typical 4 hour session will include. . .
· A Horsemanship lesson, learning how to groom, tack, halter, and lead a horse.
· A Horse education lesson, learn parts of horse, colors, breeds, etc. Will usually include a fun game or craft activity.
· And of course a riding lesson!
