RoboCamp at Storming Robots
Summer Address:

Storming Robots, an ONLY authorized LEGOÒ MINDSTORMSä Center in New Jersey, offers high quality fun and educational robotics programs for age 8 to 16.
Low 1: 10 instructor to campers ratio. Campers will have access to our well-equipped computer lab.
Using the award winning LEGO Mindstorms Robotics Technology developed by the LEGO Company and the MIT Media Lab, and curriculums developed by renowned robotics institutions, children can create a wide variety of robots from simple automated vehicles to more advanced robotic “arms” that use light and touch sensors.
Besides a variety of educational and fun programs offered throughout the years, Storming Robots runs robocamp during school breaks. Schedule as follow:

Storming Robots’ programs are developed to be intuitive for the novice, as well as to provide more complex and mind-challenging fun to the experienced.
Unique value of our camps
« Learn the basics building and engineering concepts required.
« Build Robots from scratch and program them to do a wide variety of tasks.
« Develop and strengthen engineering intuition by encouraging "outside the box" thinking.
« Engage in friendly contests between different troops. Some examples of contests:
o robot speed races
o sumobots where one robot has to push the other a ring
« Program your robot to play your favorite tune.
« Practice strategic thinking without even knowing it.
« Learn the advantage of teamwork.
Our Staff
Our staff are a group of energetic skilled LEGO robotic fans. Instructors have minimum college level education with outstanding academic background. They all have passed criminal background check. There will always be staff onsite who are CPR-certified.
