Our Staff

 

Rockville Ice Arena offers a camper to Counselor ratio of not more than 10-1. All staff members will have the necessary background checks from the F.B.I and City of Rockville Police Department. Key staff members are certified in CPR and First Aid Training and are experienced college athletes in the various sports. Our team will focus on offering a safe and fun environment for your child, while enhancing their development on skill development, teamwork, sportsmanship and inter-personal skills.  

Typical Daily Schedule

 

8:30 a.m. - Child arrives and is signed in by Parent/Guardian

stretch/warm-up

9:15 a.m. - games at Rockville SportsPlex (across the parking lot)

9:30 - 11:00 a.m. - nutritious lunch***, movies and crafts 

11:00 - 1:00 p.m. - arcade games 

1:00 - 1:30 p.m. -public skating 

1:30 - 2:30 p.m. -snack

2:30 - 3:30 p.m. - ice sports 

3:30 - 4:30 p.m. - departure – signed out by Parent/Guardian

We will provide 8 tokens per day for use in our arcade area. Parents may want to send money with their child in order to purchase additional tokens.

This camp runs weekly from June 21 through August 27.

Cost: $330 per week (Meals Included and provided by the Village Grille)
