Just two blocks from renowned Venice Beach, SOCAPA's Summer Programs in Los Angeles take advantage of the natural landscape and entertainment value of its surroundings. With the canals, beaches, and Ocean Front Walk, featuring performers, fortune-tellers, vendors and cafes, Venice Beach is a vibrant backdrop for student films, photographs, and dance videos.

Students stay in the comfort of Oakwood Marina Del Ray and enjoy most meals in the clubhouse dining room. After a full day of classes and production, students enjoy an evening visiting the Walk of Fame, Warner Brothers and Universal Studios, or the boardwalk and amusement park in Santa Monica. Students enjoy the sunshine and beautiful scenery while following their passion in their chosen art.
