Sub 5 Camps and Coaching focus on distance running for high school and middle school females, after the coveted 5-minute mile mark. We focus on the whole athlete, and the "Mind Fit, Body Fit" program has redefined the running scene. Sub 5 athletes have run to new personal bests, school records, and state titles.
Sub 5 Running Camp has become a tradition for both teams and individuals. This week-long experience develops fit females and friendships for life!
