- Regattas are the fun part! Our full time Novice and Varsity teams travel all over Florida and the eastern seaboard during the school year. We also offer a 2 day-a-week middle school program throughout the school year.
- A great physical workout. If you row during high school, you will be in the best shape of your life.

- Learn a new sport. Many new to rowing have not excelled in other sports.
- Level playing field. Rowers have not been coached by a parent since they were young to be the “star”.
- Great for your college resume. Colleges acknowledge you have good organizational skills, if you “do crew full time” and still get good grades.
