Week 1 – July 9 - 13: Shark Myths and Mysteries
Children ages 7 – 12

Do sharks really eat license plates and attack helicopters, or do they just get a bad reputation thanks to movies like Jaws? We’ll look at these ancient predators, and explore the myths and fears that surround this often misunderstood, but totally cool, creature!
Week 2 – July 16-20: Ancient Sharks and Seas
Children ages 7 – 12
$275 per week
Sharks have been swimming the oceans for millions of years. How and why have these awesome fish evolved into the top predators in our oceans today? We’ll check out at ancient sharks like Stethacanthus, Helicoprion, and Megalodon, and explore the adaptations that sharks have developed over time and why some became extinct, and others have survived.
