This day camp is for your horse crazy youngster to learn how to safely handle, ground work, groom, saddle and ride their horse. We start with the basics. Lots of hands on, with friendly horses and ponies. This program prepares future owners the proper way to take care of their horse. The whole day is actually spent with the horses, getting to know them. There is a minimum of 2 hours per day riding. On Fridays, the parents are invited to come watch a show of what the students have learned and enjoy a cook out after ward.
