Sparks Rowing Camp was created for young rowers looking for an opportunity to grow and connect with their current rowing teams and beyond. Our firm’s rowing camp approach implements as much one-on-one coaching time with our campers as possible. We hold a 1:5 coach to camper ratio in order to enable faster improvement, foster a sense of community among campers, create excitement, and allow us another way to fulfill our mission of connecting the community in terms of rowing training and development. At Sparks, our entire rowing camp staff has dedicated their lives to the sport. Some are Olympians, some have coached national teams, and all currently work full-time in rowing. Together, we believe they represent an all-star staff for our summer rowing camp.
