Sports Performance Training Camps
This summer we will be offering a train-like-the-pros training experience. Class sessions begin each day (Monday-Friday) at 10:30 and will focus on speed, agility, flexibility, coordination and conditioning. The morning session will last approximately 90 minutes. From noon-1pm, Velocity will offer a lunch program for the athletes (additional cost) or athletes may bring their own lunch and Velocity will provide refreshments. The afternoon training session will begin around 1 pm and will take the athletes through an individualized and sport specific resistance training program. Our coaches will help guide the athletes through each exercise to ensure great technique and effective training. The weight session will end at 2 pm each day.
Over the course of the summer, Velocity will also be bringing in expert sport coaches that will go over techniques specific to baseball, soccer, football and softball (additional fees may apply). These extra clinics will begin at 2 pm and will be available only to the athletes enrolled in the Peak Performance Camp.
Best of all, the summer program is available on your schedule, you can attend classes everyday (M-F) or around the times you have available. The cost for this camp is only $179/month or pay $435 prior to May 1 and workout in our classes throughout May and begin the camp program on the first day May 26 through August 7, 2009.

Also available at the same times is a Youth Performance Clinic (ages 8-11) covering many of the same concepts as the Peak Performance except there will be more time for games and activities during the morning session and the weight session will focus on core and bodyweight and lighter resistance program circuits. SPARQ Training
Peak Performance Camp(ages 12+) - camp training is offered 5 days a week (M-F) from 10:30am - 2 pm. Atletes may pick how often they can attend. Morning sessions will focus on speed, agility and technique along with conditioning; afternoon sessions will focus on strength and power development.
Youth Performance Camp(ages 8-11) - camp training is offered 5 days per week (M-F) from 10:30 am - 2 pm. Morning focus will be on motor coordination, speed, agility and balance taught through lessons and fun activities. Afternoon session will focus on core strength development and conditioning.
Weekly options available for both camps as well as sport specific coaching following each camp day.
