Springfield College Athletic Training Workshop
The Springfield College Athletic Training Student Workshop is a residential program intended for high school students interested in careers in athletic training and sports medicine.
Classes and Labs Focuses on:
· Injury prevention
· Injury Evaluation
· Management of athletic injuries
· Lectures
· Demonstrations
· Athlete reconditioning exercises
An exciting new addition to the workshop is a hands-on exploration of “Cadaver Anatomy.”

All Students have 24 hour supervision
The Athletic Training major at Springfield College is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training Education (CAATE) and is one of the most competitive of its kind in the country. Program graduates can be found working in sports medicine, clinics, at high schools, colleges, universities, and with professional trainers.
