St Albans Summer Sports Camps
St. Albans Summer Sports Camps are usually run by sports staff/coaches from St. Albans, so familiarity with the facilities and fields are unquestioned. Sports Camps are meant to not only be instructional, but fun as well so that campers benefiting from an all-around experience.
Camps begin in June and conclude the first week of August.
Camper to coach ratios are within reasonable ranges so that all campers get the instruction/attention needed. Most camps are co-ed except for football, lacrosse, and wrestling. These camps, in addition to rowing, are either one or two weeks only and may have age-restricitions. **Please note that two other organizations also hold sports camps at St. Albans during the summer: Power Through Sports (basketball) www.powerthroughsports.com; and Headfirst (sports & activity camps) www.playheadfirst.com.

The Sports Camp schedule begins June 8(LAX) and ends August 7 (Swim & Tennis).
Campers may participate in half-day sessions: 9a-12p or 1p-3:30p or the full-day session from 9a to 3:30pm. Lunch break is from 12p-1p. Lunch IS NOT provided, though there may be a vendor present.
