St Francis Camp on the Lake is a Special Needs Camp for Autistic, Asperger, Developmentally Disabled, Mental Retardation and some Physical Handicaps. We are located on Goose Lake and have programs which challenge our campers. Activities include swimming, boating, fishing, arts and crafts, hiking, volleyball, softball, kick ball, water slide, sing-a-longs at the campfire, and daily living skills. We can accomodate up to 35 campers per weekly session. Cost is 450.00 per week in 2008. Our camp is located on a 36 acre plot of land with 19 acres of usable grounds. We are constantly upgrading the camp as funds allow.
