Starting Arts is a South Bay Area based nonprofit arts organization dedicated to promoting quality arts education in public schools. From August 3rd through August 14th, Starting Arts will be hosting its first summer music camp for children entering 4th grade through 9th grade at Hope Lutheran Church in Santa Clara. Some exciting features of this summer's camp will be:
• Private instrument and voice lessons
• Full camp choir
• Different instrumental ensembles (depending on enrollment)
• Beginning theory classes
Starting Arts recruits highly skilled, passionate, and professional instructors who are eager to share their enthusiasm and love of their art with children. Our current staff of music instructors are not only educators, but also working musicians within the greater Bay Area who are capable of bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to your child's musical development. Starting Arts Summer Music Camp begins August 3rd, 2009 and ends August 14th, 2009. Class sessions are from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM Monday through Friday, with optional private lesson instruction from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM in the afternoons. Cost for the entire 2 week period is $250, and our class limit is 50 students.
